March Is National Celery Month

March is National Celery month. Celery is a great vegetable to add to juice recipes and is best juiced with a masticating juicer. Celery is a great source of fiber, including soluble fiber. Soluble fiber lowers total cholesterol, in particular LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol), and thus reduces the risk of heart disease. Soluble fiber also helps regulate blood sugar.

Juice more celery in March!
